This patient came in because he wanted to have his front teeth fixed so that he could find a job. He told me that he wanted the bad teeth extracted rather than try to save them with root canals because he had root canals done in the past; his previous root canals did not work, and he had to have the teeth extracted anyway. I extracted two bad teeth and replaced the missing teeth with porcelain fused to metal fixed bridges.
